Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Unless,

1) Items are not in stock. These will be placed on back order and dispatched as soon as the items arrive at this office

2) Items in stock will be sent out, together with notification of any back ordered items

UK delivery is free for non-wholesale orders and will be shipped as follows:

For local or national orders we will use the general postal service, using second class post, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

International orders, being Europe, we will use the general postal service, using the post office rates for the destination

Large orders being over 25CDs or equivalent weight with other product will be sent by our courier, TNT, who currently charge a minimum of £16.00 plus VAT for next working day delivery.

Returns & Replacements

We will only accept goods back, under the following conditions –

  • The goods are technically faulty or damaged please return the item(s) in the original condition within 14 days of purchase
  • We trust that you are happy with your purchase, however should you receive the item and you are not happy then under EU selling regulations you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of delivery
  • When returning a product, you’ll receive a refund to your credit card, returns can only be accepted if they are in their original condition.
  • We will exchange a product for another of similar value, refund the difference should the exchanged item be of lesser value or expect payment of the difference should the exchanged item be of more value than the returned item.
  • We reserve the right to issue partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled
  • We reserve the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party.

Damaged or faulty items must be returned for a refund/ exchange within 14 days of receipt

Other items that are to be returned should be dispatched within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless we delivered an item in error or it is faulty.

To ensure valuable goods reach us, you may also wish to sue a recorded delivery service as we can only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
